D\u00e8s la cr\u00e9ation de mon entreprise \u00c9volution Pr\u00e9paration Physique, j&#8217;ai toujours eu comme objectif de d\u00e9velopper des entra\u00eenements sp\u00e9cifiques aux besoins des gens et \u00e0 ceux des diff\u00e9rents sports qu&#8217;ils pratiquent. Ayant toujours ador\u00e9 et pratiqu\u00e9 les sports extr\u00eames, je me suis vite rendu compte qu&#8217;il n&#8217;y avait pas de pr\u00e9paration physique sp\u00e9cifique \u00e0 plusieurs de ces sports ou qu&#8217;elle n&#8217;\u00e9tait pas repr\u00e9sentative des besoins et du lifestyle de ceux-ci.
